DO I GET TO CHOOSE WHICH TEAM MEMBERS WORK ON MY PROJECT?

Yes, where possible we try to ensure the preferred staff member will work on your job. However, there may be times when others will be needed due to skills required for certain tasks and work loads.

PAYMENTS

Before a contract is entered into an agreement is set in place on a payment plan that works for the customer as well as the contractor.

AFTER SERVICE CARE

James Gisborne Ltd pride ourselves on the quality of our work, but with any construction project there is likely to be snagging lists at the end of a job. We always work very closely with the customer with any snagging items and are always available after the completion of a project to discuss anything that may arise.
